I became a lecturer of Faculty of Teacher Eductaion of Unsyiah in 1991 with the major Social Science education, and in 1997 I attended a master’s degree at Padjajaran University, Bandung, in Social Science of sociology-anthropology study. In the course of career development, I became a secretary of PGSD program in 2007 – 2008, then in 2009 until 2013 I was entrusted to be a chairman of the department. Then in 2013 until 2017, I was elected again as a chairman of the department for the second period. In the execution of the second period, the deopartment proposed accreditation improvement. In the assessment, PGSD received an assessment ofBAN PT B/ PGSD obtained the BAN PT assessment with B.
